As the region’s premier health care provider, MSHA is committed to bringing loving care to health care, and it is MSHA’s highest priority to employ only the most skilled and appropriate team members. MSHA uses Profiles’ online solutions application to match potential team members with careers. MSHA has found that using Profiles’ system builds productivity and job satisfaction while diminishing negative factors such as stress, tension, conflict, miscommunication and costly employee turnover. “Major consumer brands are now understanding the importance of differentiating themselves with exceptional customer service experiences,” said Jim Sirbasku, CEO of Profiles International. Armed with this advanced assessment software, MSHA is able to identify the ideal candidates at the onset, ensuring that each potential team member possesses the highest degree of qualities necessary to provide excellent service to customers and patients.
