JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – David Sensibaugh was recently appointed Vice President of Integrated Health Management for Integrated Solutions Health Network (ISHN).
Prior to joining Integrated Solutions, Sensibaugh served as director of integrated health at Eastman Chemical Company. He has spent his entire career working in the human resources field at Eastman and has held managerial positions in the areas of compensation, payroll, HR information technology, employee service center, and global benefits.
“David’s experience in implementing strategies to drive health improvement within the population of a large employer will accelerate ISHN’s efforts to become the premier community-based Accountable Care Organization (ACO) within our region,” said Rob Slattery, president and CEO of ISHN. “The relationships he has established with regional, state, and national leaders in population health management will be a valuable asset to ISHN.” Sensibaugh holds a bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from Virginia Tech.
