Two Tellys awarded to MSHA’s Communications & Marketing Department

JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. – The Communications & Marketing Department of Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA) recently won two awards recognizing its work on TV commercials. The bronze Tellys were awarded to the department for its work on the “MSHA Difference for Cancer” and “Mountain States Medical Group Table” TV spots. The first spot focused on a cancer patient who emphasized that although his illness was incurable, MSHA’s Regional Cancer Center was able to give him more time to be with his family. The second spot showed several family members at a large dinner table, each with his or her own health issue. The commercial advertised Mountain States Medical Group, a recently renamed division of MSHA.

"MSHA Communications and Marketing has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally for their creative work," said Ed Herbert, vice president, MSHA Communications and Marketing. "But their real passion is their commitment to bringing loving care to health care through our educational and communications materials for our patients we serve."

Both commercials were produced by MSHA’s in-house studio team members.
