Total Athlete Program (TAP)
This is a 16-session summer strength and conditioning program which is designed to help high school athletes know their own bodies and set goals to help them stay healthy and prevent injury.
This is for athletes ages 14 - 18.
Each participant is evaluated using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) system which helps identify individual strengths and weaknesses and learn how these affect their particular sport.
Physicians and medical providers will present informative programs addressing sports-related issues from 6-7 pm on the dates below. Parents and coaches are invited to stay afterward for further discussion with presenters. Sessions are free for coaches and parents with their athlete's registration.
