MSHA Adult Volunteers
Demonstrate your concern for others by giving your time and talents. You will have the opportunity to work with patients, staff, family members, and other volunteers to help provide comfort for all those who enter our doors. You can make new friends and develop a great sense of purpose and appreciation of your own life.
What type of people volunteer?
Our volunteers span a large cross-section of the various communities. Many of our volunteer family members include students, senior citizens, retirees, homemakers, church, civic and business groups, and people who work in other fields but have a commitment to their community and wish to help.
When are volunteers needed?
Volunteers are needed seven days a week - morning, afternoon and evening.
How much time do volunteers donate?
Most current adult volunteers give between 4 and 12 hours per week. We ask for a commitment of at least 4 hours per week if possible.
