From Jenkins, KY:

Take US-23 south for 7 miles. Turn left on VA-83 at Pound, VA. Travel 9 miles towards Clintwood. Turn left at the second traffic light (E. Main St.) in Clintwood. Go approximately 3 miles and turn left at Hospital Dr. Travel 1/4 of a mile - the hospital is on the right.

From Haysi, VA:

Take VA-83 from Haysi for approximately 17 miles into Clintwood. Turn right at the traffic light (E. Main St.). Go approximately 3 miles and turn left at Hospital Dr. Travel 1/4 of a mile - the hospital is on the right.
