From I-26 East, take Exit 19 (State of Franklin Road). Exit right onto State of Franklin Road. Proceed through one traffic light and at the 2nd light, turn left onto Knob Creek Road. Then go to the traffic light, turn right onto Med Tech Parkway. Drive approximately 1/4 mile and the hospital will be on your right.

From the South (Elizabethton/Unicoi):From I-26, take Exit 19 (State of Franklin Road) and turn left onto State of Franklin Road. Proceed through one traffic light and at the 2nd light, turn left onto Knob Creek Road. Then go to the traffic light, turn right onto Med Tech Parkway. Drive approximately 1/4 mile and the hospital will be on your right.
 

From the East (Bristol/Bluff City):

From 11-E (Bristol Highway), take the I-181/I-26/TN-381 exit toward Johnson City/Kingsport. Merge onto TN-381/State Franklin Road. Proceed through three traffic lights and at the 4th light, turn left onto Knob Creek Road. Go to the next light, turn right onto Med Tech Parkway. Drive approximately 1/4 mile and the hospital will be on your right.

From the West (Greeneville/Jonesborough):

From 11-E, turn left at traffic light onto State of Franklin Road. Proceed through 2 traffic lights and at the 3rd light, turn right onto Med Tech Parkway. Drive approximately 1/4 mile and the hospital will be on your left.
