• From Elizabethton: take Highway 67 to Mountain City. At the first traffic light, turn right onto
  Highway 421. This is also South Shady Street. Johnson County Community Hospital will be
  approximately 1.5 miles on the left, just before the National Guard Armory.

• From Boone, NC: take Highway 421 to Mountain City. Johnson County Community Hospital
  will be on your right, just past the National Guard Armory.
