Use CarePages to keep your friends and family up to date on your child’s progress and connect with other families that are undergoing similar experiences. CarePages is an online communication system sponsored by Mountain States Health Alliance (MSHA) that allows you to create your own Web page.
Computer and Internet Access
Computers with Internet access are available for use by patient families in the following locations:
- Family Resource Center: 1st Floor lobby
- Family Waiting Area: 3rd Floor
- Family Lounge: 3rd Floor
- If you have a personal laptop computer or handheld Wi-Fi device, you may access the Internet using the Blue Plum Wi-Fi network.
Information Desk The Information Desk in the main lobby of Johnson City Medical Center is staffed by volunteers from 8 a.m. until 8:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.
Lodging/Hotels Several options are available if you or family members need overnight lodging. Discounts are available for those with hospitalized family members. Please ask your nurse for a "Be Our Guest" packet, or contact Guest Services.
Notary Team Members within the hospital are available to provide notary service. If you require a notary, please contact Johnson City Medical Center Administration at 1048 for assistance.
Spice of Life Café is located on the first floor of Johnson City Medical Center. Spice of Life is a full-service cafeteria that provides breakfast, lunch and dinner. A hot food line, short-order line, breakfast bar, salad bar and potato bar are available at various times throughout the day. Call extension 6270 for daily menu specials.
 Einstein Brothers Bagels
Located on the Lower Lever (LL) and in the main lobby, Einstein Bros. provides bagels and gourmet coffees, as well as salads, sandwiches and cookies. Call extension 1077 to place an order.
