Parents will be learning the Art of Infant Massage and be guided through instruction on how to massage their own babies.
Bring a soft comfortable blanket to lay your baby on, extra cloth diapers or small towel and normal baby gear, like a special toy. Stimulated babies can get hungry, so be prepared to feed. Dress baby in easy to remove clothing to massage. We will be sitting on mats/carpet so you may want to bring a pillow to sit on. Parents receive a bottle of massage oil and stroke book.
