Clinical Laboratory Services
The Laboratory at Norton Community Hospital is fully accredited by the College of American Pathologists. For a small town Laboratory, we offer a wide array of services to our community. They include: Hematology, Coagulation, Chemistry, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring, Serology, Urinalysis, Transfusion Medicine and Microbiology.
We're here for our inpatients 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Outpatients are welcome to come at their convenience. There are only a few of our procedures that can't be done 24 hours a day. If you've been told by your physician that something needs to be completed and you're unfamiliar with the procedure, please call the Laboratory at (276) 679-9652 and we'll help you pick the best time to have your testing performed. |
