The James H. and Cecile C. Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital (QRH) is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), The Joint Commission and is a Magnet Hospital. (QRH) proudly serves the individuals in our region and has been providing quality rehabilitation care for our community since 1991. What began as a small inpatient unit within Johnson City Medical Center in the early 1980s, QRH is now a 26-bed, CARF accredited, comprehensive inpatient rehab hospital located on the north side of Johnson City, TN.  Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital is also a CARF accredited stroke program.
