The James H. and Cecile C. Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital (QRH) is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), The Joint Commission and is a Magnet Hospital. (QRH) proudly serves the individuals in our region and has been providing quality rehabilitation care for our community since 1991. What began as a small inpatient unit within Johnson City Medical Center in the early 1980s, QRH is now a 26-inpatient bed comprehensive inpatient rehab hospital located on the north side of Johnson City, TN.  Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital is also a CARF accredited stroke program.

Quillen Rehabilitation Hospital also offers pediatric and adolescent therapy for a wide range of diagnoses, such as stroke, brain injury, amputation, spinal cord injury,  orthopedic injury, rheumatologic impairments, neurological and neuromuscular problems and  major multiple trauma. 

Our transitional care unit, Princeton Transitional Care,  provides a valuable stop between the hospital and home or a nursing facility.  Services include: physical, speech and occupational therapy, respiratory care, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy and dietary assistance.
