Clearview Psychiatric Center
The Clearview Center is an adult, inpatient psychiatric unit located within the hospital. It accommodates twenty patients and contains a large multi-purpose treatment room, a group therapy room, a recreational therapy room, a kitchen and a laundry, in addition to offices and work areas.
Under the direction of a psychiatrist who serves as Medical Director, the Center provides a wide range of therapeutic modalities to its patients, including:
It is exclusively designed to provide short-term stabilization and treatment for adults whose treatment needs mandate an inpatient, rather than an outpatient, setting. Its goal is to return patients to a level of recovery that outpatient care can maintain and continue.

The Center accepts referrals and admissions 24-hours-a-day, any day of the year. Those who meet admission criteria may refer themselves or be referred by their family physician, therapist or mental health board. Frequently family members or the court system have intervened on the patient's behalf.
