In Lebanon, take US 19 South for approximately 18 miles. In Abingdon, Va., you will turn right onto US 11/Lee Hwy/Main Street. You will proceed on US 11/Lee Highway for 1 mile and turn left onto Old Jonesboro Road. On Jonesboro Road take I-81 South to Tennesssee for approximately 16 miles. From I-81 South, take Exit 74B (Kingsport, US 11W). At the end of the ramp, merge onto US 11W. Proceed approximately 15.4 miles on US 11W (crossing John B. Dennis Highway, TN 93). Turn right at the traffic light onto Brookside Drive. Drive approximately 0.2 miles. Indian Path Medical Center will be on your right.
