8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding major holidays
We strive to maintain our appointment times, as we appreciate that your time is valuable too. Please let our front desk staff know if you have waited longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.
If you have a life-threatening emergency, please call 911.
Call us at our numbers below during normal business hours.
For non-emergency issues, call our clinic staff from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Our telephone lines are answered by our Scheduling Coordinators, who can assist you with many issues, including questions about appointments and billing. Clinical questions will be responded to by our nursing staff and physicians throughout the day. We strive to return phone calls as soon as possible; however, these calls are prioritized and completed in-between appointments. We may also return your phone call at the end of the day after our center is closed. Thank You
We believe that we offer a different approach to cancer care that is focused on healing the mind, body and spirit. Our ability to pursue our passion for cancer care wouldn’t be possible without the support of our friends and neighbors. Charitable contributions are vital to our center and pay for patient care, facilities, technology and research. Gifts of all sizes are significant to us, and we are proud to inform you that 100% of your contribution goes toward improving or delivering cancer care. A display at the front desk provides more information on our fund at Mountain States Foundation. For more information, please visit www.mountainstatesfoundation.org or call 423-952-3110.
