8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday excluding major holidays
We strive to maintain our appointment times, as we appreciate that your time is valuable too. Please let our front desk staff know if you have waited longer than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time.

For non-emergency issues, call our clinic staff from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Our telephone lines are answered by our Scheduling Coordinators, who can assist you with many issues, including questions about appointments and billing. Clinical questions will be responded to by our nursing staff and physicians throughout the day. We strive to return phone calls as soon as possible; however, these calls are prioritized and completed in-between appointments. We may also return your phone call at the end of the day after our center is closed. Thank You
