This Transdisciplinary Pulmonary Critical Care Health Symposium is designed to enhance the education of physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses, sleep technologists and other allied health care professionals in the most recent scientific advancements involving management of pulmonary patients and futuristic trends.  Interact with exhibitors who display the latest products and technology, participate in special events such as the Silent Auction, door prizes and social events.

Objectives:

This symposium is designed to enhance the education of medical and other health care professionals in the management of pulmonary patients and futuristic trends.

Target Audience

Physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses and other health care providers who desire to increase and update their clinical knowledge and expand their professional practice are encouraged to attend.

 

Education Credit

5.25 contact hours per day will be awarded by Mountain States Health Alliance - Organizational Development, an approved provider of continuing nursing education by the Tennessee Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Attendance the entire day(s), signature on the roster(s), and the completion of an evaluation form are required to receive a nursing contact hour certificate.

Application has been made to the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC) for continuing education contact hours for respiratory therapists.

AAST (American Association of Sleep Technologist) CEC Program Application has been submitted for approval for continuing education hours for sleep technologists (5.25 hours for Thursday only). Must attend Sleep Session to obtain AAST credit.  No AAST credit will be given for Friday session.
