Dr. Budde comes to Johnson City form Lynchburg, Va., where he started programs in atrial fibrillation surgery, as well as procedures for chest deformities for younger patients, and thoracic sympathectomy for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating). He also performs standard open-heart procedures, such as bypasses and valve procedures, as well as common lung and esophagus operations.
