Home Health Aides

Certified nursing assistants provide personal care, including bathing, shaving, skin care, oral care, clothing changes and linen changes.

Infusion Therapy

Registered nurses assist with intravenous treatments, including antibiotics, nutritional therapy, chemotherapy, pain management and hydration therapy.


Physical Therapy

Physical therapists and therapy assistants use exercise, modalities and other therapeutic approaches to treat patients of all ages. Therapists work to maximize the patient's independence and minimize the effects of illness or disability.

Occupational Therapy

Licensed therapists and therapy assistants help patients work toward independent living and maintaining activities of everyday life. The therapists work with patients and their families to help patients reach their highest level of wellness.


Speech Therapy

Board-certified clinicians provide treatment for communication disorders and feeding and swallowing problems while addressing cognitive deficits.

Falls Prevention Program

The safer Steps program can help you become more independent by reducing the potential for falls.  Evaluation occurs in your home, and assessment results are shared with you and your physician.  Together, your physician and therapist develop a treatment plan designed to improve your strenth and reduce your risk of falls.
