At Mountain States Health Alliance, we believe in being proactive about health care. We believe that health care should be convenient and easily accessible, and that prevention is key. Our team of On-Site Health and Wellness professionals can assist your employees by providing screenings, education and health coaching at your workplace. Healthy employees are happy employees!    

 On-Site Nurses

  • Provide counseling and education regarding wellness and disease management

Health Risk Assessments and Screenings

We provide several screenings for you to choose from to best fit your employees. Our screenings include reviewing results and identifying areas of risk and ways to reduce or eliminate those risks. We are HIPAA-compliant, providing anonymity for everyone screened.

Basic Screening with Education

These measurements are important to assess risk of diabetes, heart disease and other chronic diseases.
Twelve-hour fasting is required.

Cholesterol (HDL, LDL, triglycerides and total cholesterol) This test can be done by finger stick for instant results or lab draw with results in two weeks, depending on the number of individuals to be screened.
