  Marilyn A. Bishop, MD, MPH
Medical Director of Occupational Health Services


Dr. Bishop, practicing medicine since 1979, is a graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland School of Medicine, Newfoundland, Canada.  She completed her Flexible Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton, Ohio.  Dr. Bishop is board certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine specializing in Occupational Medicine.  She is a certified Medical Review Officer and an Senior Aviation Medical Examiner.  She is also an Associate Professor at the East Tennessee State University College of Nursing and a teaching associate with the Family Practice Residency Program at the East Tennessee State University James H. Quillen College of Medicine in Johnson City, Tennessee.  Dr. Bishop is a member of the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine and the American College of Physician Executives.  Her special interests include the drug-free workplace, provision of health and safety programs and medical surveillance in the workplace, and management of workers compensation injuries/illnesses.
   
D. Kevin Blackwell, D.O.

Dr. Blackwell earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Services in  Pomona, California.  He completed residency at Tucson General Hospital in Tucson, Arizona and Jenesse Regional Medical Center in Flint, Michigan.  Dr. Blackwell is board certified in both Family Practice and Sports Medicine.  He has been practicing at Norton Community Hospital in the OccuMed Health Center since 1997 where he specializes in occupational medicine.   Dr. Blackwell's hobbies include hunting, fishing and carpentry.
   
Steven L. Castle, DO, MPH

Dr. Castle earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin.  His specializes and is board certified in occupational medicine and serves as a Medical Review Officer.

Michael Anders, MD

Dr. Anders earned his medical degree from Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University.  He completed his residency at Halifax Medical Center in Daytona Beach, Florida.  Dr. Anders is board certified in  Family Practice.  Dr. Anders is married and has three daughters.  He enjoys boating, fishing and radio-controlled model airplanes.
   
Christine Dalton, FNP

Christine received her Master's Degree in Nursing from East Tennessee State University.
