 Charles P. Cole, MD, FCCP, FAASM
Dr. Cole specializes in sleep medicine. He is board-certified in internal medicine, pulmonary medicine and sleep medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine.
Dr. Cole is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
From 1971-73, while in the U.S. Army, Dr. Cole was one of 12 physician faculty members who started the U.S. Army Physician Assistant Program.
Dr. Cole and his wife Sharon have two grown sons. His hobbies include backpacking, hiking, photography, golf and fly fishing.
 Celso T. Ebeo, MD, FCCP
Dr. Ebeo specializes in pulmonary diseases, critical care and sleep medicine. He is board-certified in pulmonary medicine and sleep medicine. Dr. Ebeo received his medical degrees form Cebu Institute of Medicine and completed his fellowship at East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine. He is a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians.
Dr. Ebeo and his wife Vivian have two children, Kate and Clarisse. He enjoys traveling and playing the piano.
 Mirle R. Girish, MD
Dr. Girish specializes in pulmonology. Dr. Girish received his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in India. He completed his residencies at Kingsport Public Hospital in Jamaica and St. Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston, where he also completed fellowship.
Dr. Girish serves as clinical associate professor at the East Tennessee State University Quillen College of Medicine.
