 The JCMC Spiritual and Pastoral Care Department and Emmanuel School of Religion offer a offer a 10- to 12-week module in Clinical Supervised Ministry Experience (CSME) each summer and fall. This is offered to:
- Emmanuel School of Religion students
- Prospective volunteer chaplains for MSHA facilities
The module (150 total hours) is organized into:
- Pastoral care in assigned clinical areas, which currently includes Indian Path Medical Center, Johnson City Medical Center and/or Franklin Woods Community Hospital
- Group supervision or class time
