Franklin Woods Community Hospital also features several advanced technologies and surgeries, including a high volume of minimally invasive, single-port gynecologic surgeries.

The Center for Advanced Surgery meets the region's needs in all major surgical specialties, incfluding orthopaedic, vascular, cardiothoracic, neurological, general, gynecological, laparoscopic, laser, urological, pediatric, plastic, ear, nose and throat, and dental. Our surgical team performs some of the most complex procedures and is prepared to provide immediate surgical response to trauma victims. The Center also offers minimally invasive, computer-assisted technology, such as sterotactic radiosurgery, which enables surgeons to precisely locate and treat invisible lesions, and stealth technology, which uses computer navigation technology to create 3-D images and track the exact location of instruments during a procedure.
