Group Fitness Class Descriptions
ABSurd Abs: Receive an intense total body workout with an emphasis on core. This is a challenging class that will make you stronger while toning your muscles and sculpting your core area. You will create the "long and lean" look you have always wanted! You will be challenged with a variety of PLANK variations. Different routines and equipment will be used weekly. Modifications will be modeled for beginners.
Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program: Low-impact, joint-safe exercise program that helps decrease arthritis pain, relieve stiffness, and improve balance. Led by Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors.
Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program: Tai Chi is an ancient practice proven to reduce pain and improve your mental and physical well-being. The Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program, developed by Dr. Lam, uses gentle Sun-style Tai Chi routines that are safe, easy to learn, and suitable for every fitness level. Led by Arthritis Foundation-certified instructors.
BALListics: With BALListics you'll add challenge to your workout while improving your posture, core strength, balance, and flexibility. For all fitness levels.
Bike & Box: A new class mixing land and water! This 90-minute class will begin with 45 minutes of Cycling (located in Studio C) then plunge into the lap pool for 45 minutes of aquatic Kickboxing!
Body Blast: A 50 minute class focused on short cardio drills interspersed with strength-building exercises primarily using body weight. The class tones your entire body while torching calories.
Cardio Tone: This class offers strength training techniques along with hi/low cardio moves and a stretch for a full body workout that gets the heart pumping and the body toned. Work every muscle in every angle in every way! For all fitness levels.
Cycle: Stationary cycling in a group fitness setting. This biking challenge will push its riders to their limits and beyond! This class is easily adaptable for beginners to advanced.
Cycle/Sculpt: This class design integrates fluid strength training techniques with high intensity Cycle to create a total body workout. Your heart will be challenged in blocked intervals, with top-to-bottom muscle conditioning in between. Shake up your weekly routine with this challenging cross-training option!
HardCORE: This class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) as well as core concentration work. Class design is suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
HIIT Fit: This High Intensity Interval Training class combines short bursts of high-energy segments through high intensity athletic-style drills with periods of recovery. This class can be modified for all levels of fitness.
Kickboxing: Are you looking for a total body workout that is full of energy and total fun? Cardio kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall conditioning and toning. This popular cardiovascular workout also adds benefits such as increased stamina, flexibility, and strength and can be modified to fit all levels of fitness.
Morning MashUp: This class offers a variety of body-sculpting moves each week utilizing weights, tubes, lower body bands, stability balls and some cardio ending in a full-body stretch. Class design is suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels.
Muscle Plus: Strengthen and sculpt with this variety muscle conditioning class. Weights, tubes, bands and balls are utilized to challenge your upper and lower body while simultaneously working your core. All levels are encouraged to participate.
Pedaling & Pilates: Challenge yourself with this 75 minute class that is divided into 45 minutes of cycling and 30 minutes of Pilates floor work.
Pilates: Exercises using your own body weight to strengthen and stretch the core muscle groups (abdominals, lower back, buttocks). Pilates increases abdominal strength, improves posture, and body mechanics. It also reduces joint and lower back stress. Class design is for all fitness levels.
PiYo: PiYo is a unique blend of Pilates, Yoga, strength conditioning, flexibility, and dynamic balance. It's an up-tempo alternative approach to mind/body exercise that is ideal for beginners to advanced participants.
Piloxing: Piloxing uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a fat-scorching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape, using a class format that's both fun and challenging.
Power Pump: A strength training workout emphasizing toning and muscle definition. This 50 minute class targets every major muscle group with the use of an adjustable barbell and dumbbells. Enhance strength endurance and improve muscle tone without "bulking up!" Featuring easy-to-follow routines set to super motivating music, this power hour proves to be popular for both men and women -and suitable for all fitness levels.
R.I.P.P.E.D: This total body, high-intensity style program, utilizing free weights, resistance and body weight, masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D. - Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyomentrics and Endurance - to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and extremely effective. Regular R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time, boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes.
Sports Conditioning: This 60 minute class is for the person that loves the intensity from repetitive cardio interval drills mixed with plyometric movement and strength training.
Step Challenge: Intermediate to advanced step combinations are featured in this cardio option for a fun and challenging class that will keep you on your toes.
Step Interval: Receive a challenging cardio workout with this option that offers you FUN step choreography complete with high intensity interval conditioning. Class design is suitable and adaptable for all fitness levels!

Strong & Sculpted: This 50 minute class will strengthen the entire body including the core using weights as well as body resistance. Adaptable for all fitness levels!
WERQ: WERQ is the fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock and hip hop music.
Yoga: Wring out your tension and stress with the total mind/body fitness program. Yoga is a holistic program of exercise, breathing, and relaxation techniques designed to improve or maintain quality of health. All fitness levels are welcome to this class that focuses on balance, posture and flexibility.
