"Wellness Connection" is a supervised exercise program focused on improving the overall strength and cardiovascular health of individuals waiting for joint replacement. It is also for those who have undergone joint replacement who want to continue post-surgery rehabilitation after their physical therapy has ended.

What You Should Expect:

Each participant will receive individual orientation to and supervision of his or her customized exercise program, including ongoing assessment and safe exercise progression.
