The Losing Big Challenge

A study by the USDA indicated that individuals who are overweight tend to gain 5 pounds or more during
the holidays, and that most never lose the weight
they gained.

The Losing Big Challenge consists of an educational series, group exercise instruction, weigh-ins, nutritional counseling and accountability.
Exercise sessions will be on Saturdays. The program
is for all fitness levels.
Losing Big will include weigh-ins, measurements, blood pressure checks and a T-shirt for everyone who finishes the program as well as a cash prize for top male and female weight loss percentage.
