Memberships are month to month only, so there is no yearly contract.

MSHA Attendance Incentive:
Team Members who meet the criteria below will receive a 24% reimbursement of their annual membership fees.
 152 visits between July 1st and June 30th
 2 or more visits per quarter for the fiscal year
 Fitness testing by a Wellness Center Trainer 
 upon new membership or July or August for
 existing members.

MSHA Team Members who attend less than 12 visits per quarter will not receive the monthly HR contribution. A team member will be re-eligible for the HR contribution if they achieve the attendance goal over the following quarter.

*MSHA HR pays employee enrollment fee one time only with a requirement of 12 visits per quarter.  If the Team Member has less than 12 visits each quarter, $46.25 will be payroll deducted over 2 pay periods.
Each new member will receive two sessions with an Exercise Professional and an optional blood panel.

Leave of Absence/Medical Leave

The Wellness Center offers all members the opportunity to take a leave of absence during the course of their membership. A leave of absence is allowed up to 4 months in a calendar year. All members must fill out a leave of absence form and pay a holding fee during this period of time.

Medical Leave: If your health requires you to take a medical leave, you must bring a note from your physician with the dates of your absence and fill out a medical leave of absence form. There is no charge for your membership during your medical leave.
 

For the Kids

Kids’ Programs

The Wellness Center offers a variety of programs for children: Kids’ Adventure Station, Kid Fitness and Family Swim Time.

ids’ Adventure Station

A drop-off service for kids, ages 6 weeks to 12 years old, offered to members of the Wellness Center. All members can leave their children in KAS for up to two hours with no more than 10 hours of use per week per child. All KAS staff members are MSHA team members and are CPR-certified.

Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. to noon and 4 to 8 p.m
Friday 8 a.m. to noon and 4 to 7 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to noon 


Kid Fitness:

One hour of cardio fitness for kids 5-12 years old. (Please request a schedule at the Front Desk.)  

Family Swim Time:

Open swim time for families, all children must be accompanied by a parent. (Please request a schedule at the Front Desk.) Cost $3/child or $5 maximum for up to 4 children.
