Personal Training Rates

Our professional trainers have an exercise-science-related degree from an accredited university, a current CPR certification and, hold one of the following fitness professional certifications: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Health and Fitness Instructor (HFI) from the American College of Sports Medicine, or Certified Athletic Trainer.

Appointment Cancellation Policy -
A 24-hour notice of cancellation is requested.  After two violations, a full session will be deducted from the remaining appointments.  The policy will not renew with the purchase of additional sessions.

Client/Personal Trainer Agreement

Training sessions will begin promptly at the time agreed upon by the client and trainer.  Please be on time in order to make full use of the training session.  A single training session is limited to a maximum of sixty minutes.

All forms, including health history, consent, physician's recommendations (if applicable), physical therapy guidelines, and client/trainer agreement must be completed and/or signed prior to the commencement of the personal training program.

Clients more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled training session will be charged for the full session.

Please provide twenty-four hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.  Cancellation occurring less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge equivalent to the scheduled session.

We offer convenient payment methods including cash, check, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express).  Payment for personal training sessions must be made in full prior to any scheduled session(s).

Your personal trainer is responsible for being prepared for each training session, being on time, and providing the necessary coaching to keep you motivated and help you set realistic and obtainable goals.
