chronic back conditions or other musculoskeletal needs the opportunity
to participate in a supervised warm water exercise program.

The Senior Connection program at The Wellness Center offers individuals
who are 60 and older the opportunity to participate in a supervised
exercise program. Cost: $60 for 8 sessions. |
