Wings Air Rescue provides aeromedical transportation of critically ill and/or injured patients. Through our skilled team members, we achieve performance excellence and positive patient outcomes.
Wings Air Rescue is the first aeromedical service in the state of Tennessee to have all crew members equipped and trained with Night Vision Binoculars.
Wings Air Rescue Flight Operations was designated as this region's Regional Medical Communication Center.
