The
blood glucose test is the measurement of the amount of glucose, the
sugars broken down from complex carbohydrates that you eat, in your
bloodstream. You can have your blood sugar taken after fasting, two
hours after you have eaten, or randomly. Blood glucose is tested
normally to monitor and diagnose diabetes, or if you have low blood
sugar and hypoglycemia. |
