Aquatic Fitness Schedule
Arthritis Aqua* (AA):
This warm water class is designed for individuals with mobility challenges such as arthritis, surgery, or joint injuries. It consists of exercises emphasizing range of motion, balance, and mild strengthening exercises.

Aqua Zumba* (AA):
Aqua Zumba is a FUN Latin based workout unlike any other water class! Aqua Zumba offers interval and resistance training combined with Latin dance movement to tone and sculpt the body while in the water. Come join the party to spice up your routine with FUN!!!
Deep Water Workout:
This class is a deep-water workout suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and designed to challenge both the cardiovascular and muscular systems with emphasis on the core. A buoyancy belt is worn to suspend in a neutral position freeing the hands and the legs to perform large movements against the resistance of the water.
Strength & Stretch:
(Beginner to Intermediate) - Using various forms of equipment, this class will offer muscle toning and flexibility training in a warm water setting.
(Intermediate to advanced) – Mid to high intensity aerobics for 40 to 45 minutes is the main focus. Strengthening and toning exercises are emphasized during the last 15-20 minute segment of class.
